"Got my account back in the end"
The recovery process did work and I was able to get back into my account. It took a little longer than I hoped, but it reminded me how much I rely on having access to everything in one place. Not the fastest experience, but it got the job done

"Login's been okay lately"
Yahoo login has been working fine for me lately, honestly. I’m not getting randomly kicked out or stuck on the login screen like before, so... yeah, that’s been a nice change.

"Yahoo’s spam filter really does the job"
I’ve always felt like yahoo was better at catching junk mail than people give it credit for, and this just confirms it for me. Most of the spam gets filtered out before I even notice it, so my inbox stays clean. It’s been way less annoying than before.

I’ve been using the login alerts and they actually helped me notice weird stuff fast. Makes me feel like my Yahoo account is a lot more safe then before.

"The ads aren’t really bothering me"
I mostly use yahoo for checking the news and my email, the ads are there but they don’t really get in my way. Pages still load fine for me, and I can actually read articles without a bunch of pop-ups covering everything. Maybe it’s just me, but compared to some other sites, it feels reasonable.

"Comments are handled okay, but I expected more"
The comments do get dealt with fairly, and the mods aren’t unreasonable. I just wish the overall experience felt a bit better, because I was hoping for more.

I check stocks on here pretty much every day, and the data is usually accurate enough with updates that come in fairly quickly. I do sometimes wonder why it feels like I’m the one double-checking everything, but for the most part it gets the job done

I can change the privacy settings fast, which I really like. It’s simple enough to find what I need and make changes without overthinking it, so yeah, the privacy stuff is easy enough.

"Yahoo app just feels easy to use"
I mostly use the Yahoo app on my phone for email and checking the news, and it just feels right to me. I can usually tell fast when an app is going to be annoying, but this one has been smooth and quick, even when my signal is kind of weak.
The notifications show up when I expect them to, and I haven’t had it lock up or act glitchy like some other apps I’ve tried. It’s simple to open, check what I need, and move on, so my gut says it’s a solid 5 stars.

"Pretty good for attachments"
I mostly use it for sending attachments, and it does the job fine. Uploads can be a little slow sometimes, but that’s just how these things always seem to go. Overall, it works well enough for what I need.

"Yahoo Support Actually Came Through"
I was fully prepared for my email issue to turn into a whole saga, but Yahoo support got back to me way faster than I expected. It did take one follow-up to finally get everything sorted, so there was a tiny bit of suspense, but overall the help was solid. not the nightmare I thought it might be

I’ll give Yahoo credit, the homepage is easy to use. News, mail, weather, and search are all right there, so I don’t have to go hunting around for basic stuff. It loads fast enough too, which is nice, because I don’t have the patience for a homepage that makes things harder than they need to be.

I use Yahoo whenever I need to look something up quickly, the results are usually close to what I had in mind. It’s easy to use, and I don’t usually have to scroll around forever to find what I need, so yeah... it does the job well

i use yahoo.com on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on my phone, and it’s been solid for me. i switch browsers often, and i don’t really run into pages loading weird or breaking. mail, news, and search all work smoothly. there’s not much to complain about. it just does what i need it to do.

I’ve been using Yahoo Mail the folders and search make it way easier to keep track of everything. The filters are handy too because I’m not constantly digging through old emails trying to find one thing. It just keeps stuff in order

I’ve been using yahoo for news and quick updates, it’s one of the few sites that doesn’t make me feel like I have to fight through a bunch of useless stuff just to find something relevant. Sports, finance, and local stories usually show up right there, which is nice because I’m already tired of wasting time digging around everywhere else.
It’s not perfect, of course. Sometimes random articles still pop up, and I’m like, why am I getting this, but that kind of thing happens on every site now, so I guess I can’t really escape it. Most days though, the homepage feels close to what I’m actually interested in.
It’s easy to use, loads fine, and the personalized feed does save me time, which I appreciate because I already feel like everything online is designed to make things harder than they need to be. I check it almost daily now, mostly because it just makes getting updates less of a hassle

"Easy to skim when I’m mentally drained"
I check yahoo pretty much every day, especially when I’m feeling mentally drained and don’t want to dig through a bunch of heavy stuff. The news feels balanced to me, and it doesn’t seem too pushy with politics. It’s easy to skim the headlines and get a quick idea of what’s going on.

"Pretty solid video playback overall"
I mean, the videos usually load just fine for me, and, like, most of the time playback is smooth. There are maybe a few little moments where it lags a bit, but it’s not a huge deal.

I have att powered by yahoo and lately the service sucks. the delays are horrible and the constant yahoo message advising that yahoo is not working is very annoying. this message occurs mainly on yahoo news. i thought it was att but my email is fine. any helpful input would be appreciated. thanks cheryl b.
